1. Processing Times

All orders undergo a processing period before dispatch. Processing times vary depending on whether the item is physical or digital.

Physical Personalised Items

  • Standard Processing: 1–3 working days before dispatch

  • Complex or highly customised items may take slightly longer

Digital Items

Delivery time depends on the level of customisation and design complexity:

  • 2–4 working days (sent via email)


2. Shipping Options (Physical Items)

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Tracking may be included depending on destination

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or postal delays

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: Up to 2 working days

  • Prioritised handling and faster courier service

  • Recommended if you need your order urgently

Please note that delivery times begin after your order has been processed.


3. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital orders are sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly.

If you do not receive your digital file within the estimated timeframe, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.


4. Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, delivery method, and order size.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missed deliveries

  • Carrier redelivery fees

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


6. International Shipping (if applicable)

If you offer international shipping:
