At Blend & Edit, every personalised gift is created with care and attention. Because many of our items are made to order, our return and refund guidelines are a little different from standard retail policies. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Personalised Items

Personalised products are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • The personalisation details are incorrect due to our error

  • You receive the wrong item

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly assist you.


Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Eligible for resale

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.


Order Cancellations

Because personalised items go into production quickly:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund

  • After this time, cancellations may not be possible if production has begun


Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item is defective.
